Promotion of hiring of disabled workers

Indefinite hiring of disabled workers carried out by an open market company.

Requirements for workers

• Be a worker with 33% or higher inability degree (recognized)

Requirements for companies

• Any company or self-employed worker able to hire in an indefinite way and full time or partial, workers with disability coming from the unemployment.

Incentives

• Subvention 3.907 euros for each job contract.
• 100 % bonus in the Social Security business tax.
• Subvention for adapting the place (elimination of architectural barriers).
